Believe me when I say this year has had its ups and downs for all of us. Yet through it all, I’ve been continually inspired and motivated by the kindness and strength of people who kept giving—often even while facing hardships of their own. Those are the people I want to celebrate and reward this season.

For the past few years, Jay and I have spent the days leading up to Christmas traveling around Las Vegas, personally delivering gifts to families and individuals. This year, we want to do something a little different. This year, we want to create an even greater impact. That’s why we’re asking for your help—to reach the people who have inspired you, supported you, and reminded you what love looks like. The ones who lifted your spirits, showed up when you needed them, or simply made you feel seen and cared for.

This year, let’s come together and create something truly special—let’s create an impact.

PLEASE READ THIS TWICE — 

This is not a large corporation or nonprofit organization with endless resources and big teams. This is simply me, doing my best to make a difference through the programs I’ve created. These programs are how we’re able to give help, and we ask that they be respected so we can continue reaching those who truly need it.

This is a beautiful opportunity to Give Hope & Help to a friend, family member, or loved one who could use a lift — or to express appreciation for someone you are grateful for. You can nominate any person from any walk of life, including yourself, because everyone deserves recognition and support sometimes.

To nominate someone, please complete the form below by December 16th. All nominations will be entered into a random drawing, and selected recipients will receive their gifts hand-delivered, along with the heartfelt nomination note written about them.

Multiple people may nominate the same individual — for example, students nominating a teacher — which only strengthens the spirit of gratitude and recognition behind their story. Winners will be featured on our website along with their nomination story, a photo, and possibly a short video to celebrate their impact.

• Only 1 winner per household.
• Each form must be filled out completely
• Enter as many times as you want.
• Nominate anyone you believe deserves it, including yourself.
• Gift presentations will be filmed or photographed to document and share the experience and winners agree to let us tell their story and use the images or video on our website and for future promotions.
• Only 1 nomination per household (the whole family can not nominate mom so mom has 7 nominations MULTIPLE NOMINATIONS FROM THE SAME HOUSEHOLD WILL BE DISQUALIFIED)
• DUPLICATE NOMINATIONS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
